Killed the problem on!!

>>Network Connections 

>>Select vmnet1

>>Properties 

>>Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties

>>Copy the static IP Address into preferred DNS server >> OK > click OK . 

The problem is fixed! - the remote console can now find a DNS server an the VM core system without external connections
